AM/PM
1. Apply one pump of Vitamin B serum
2. Apply one pump of De-Stress oil
3. Finish with a light layer of Recover Balm to ease areas of dryness, inflammation and discomfort.
4. During the day, ensure UberZinc is applied for sun protection.
